How do I place an order?
- Choose a product you want to buy and click “Add to basket”.
- On the right of the Top-bar, you can see your Wishlist and Shopping Cart icons. Click on Shopping Cart icon and then “View Basket” or “Checkout” to proceed to payment.
- Follow the checkout instructions until your order has been confirmed. You will know your order is complete when you see the Order Confirmation page with your order number.
You will receive at least two e-mails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm your order was received. The second, which confirms your order was shipped, will contain a Royal Mail tracking number to let you track the delivery of your package. If the delivery date has changed, we’ll be sure to contact you with status updates on your order.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept payments via PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer. Full payment is due before any order is processed.
Paying with PayPal:
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create a new account before you pay. If you don’t want to create an account, you can pay using a credit or debit card.
- You will be directed to PayPal login page. Log in using your PayPal account to complete your payment. Or you can click ‘Create Account‘ if you want to create a new PayPal account or if you prefer to pay with debit or credit card.
- Once you have logged in to PayPal, click “Pay Now” to complete your payment.
Note: sometimes payment will take time in order to be verified by PayPal. It depends on what kind of payment you have used to pay.
- Once you have completed your payment click “Go Back to Merchant” to proceed to the Checkout confirmation page.
Direct bank transfer:
You can transfer money directly to our bank account from yours.
- You will be directed to the checkout page, where you will find the information required to make a payment.
- Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
We will contact you through email once we are ready to deliver the items. Your order will not be delivered until the funds have cleared in our account.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply Sign In to Login, located on the top right of any page. You can also track your order status here: https://jewellery-art.com/order-tracking/.

Will the jewellery I order look exactly like the piece in the picture?
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
How to take care of my jewellery pieces?
We highly recommend taking off the jewellery while using perfume, hairspray or deodorants as they contain alcohol which has a colour-dissolving effect. Perspiration can damage the surface. Please do not wear jewellery in the water, sauna, solarium or while engaging in sports activities. To avoid breaking the jewellery it is best to keep it in the original box. Is my personal information kept private?
Is it safe to use my credit card information at the Touch of Luxury store?
Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

How much does shipping cost? How long does it take a package to arrive?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £150.

- Should take 1-3 days to arrive, but it can take up to 5 working days during busy periods.
- Shipping Costs: £14.99.
- Should take 3-7 days to arrive.
USA, Mexico, Canada orders
- Shipping Costs: £19.99.
- Should take 5-14 days to arrive.
How are orders sent?
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail. Every parcel comes perfectly packaged as a gift to yourself or a friend. A certificate is included.
Is my package insured?
All shipments sent by Touch of Luxury are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance protection runs out as soon as you have received and signed for your parcel.
Is a signature required upon receipt?
Receipt of all shipments must be confirmed by a signature.
How do I track my item?
I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?
In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +44 7478 309578 immediately. Once the damaged or incorrect item is returned, we will issue a replacement.
What about Lost/Delayed Post?
We choose the most reliable and economical postal service, to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, the post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch. For non-UK order, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
What is your return policy?
Returns/refunds or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. If you want to return your order contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and specify why you want to return your item.
Regrettably, Touch of Luxury is not responsible for return costs.
How can I make a return?
When returning the products they need to be sent to the following address:

In the event of a return, there will be a total refund of the purchasing price. An absolute precondition is that the jewellery has not been used or worn and is in a resellable condition. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment card used to make the purchase. In case these conditions are not provided we reserve the right for retention of the purchase price.
